Spring Stress Release Yoga

Join us for a gentle, relaxing, slow vinyasa flow designed to help you release what no longer serves you and find renewal and growth. This calming session creates space for flexibility and relaxation in your body, allowing you to let go of the tension and stress collected during our busy winter.
